The Great Prophesy
Evil stirs in darkness deep
Of soul and mind for now asleep.
Three shall die but three will live
With mistakes none can forgive.
It ends where it began
With the sin of man.

The second Titan War started June 24, 1998 Ended August 18th, 2002 (( adjusted for time line sake ))
The second titan war came to an end and the demigods thought they were safe, or as safe as a demigod can be. Monsters still attacked, and Camp was as full as ever from the satyrs bringing new claimed children to camp. It was a pain for Mr D. Soon however satyrs were disappearing, along with the children they were supposed to be bringing back. It wasn't monsters. Humans, mortals just like you and me, were out to get them. To use them. Oh the media had is covered, natural disasters, gas main explosions, weather balloons, the whole nine yards in cover ups. Thanks to the information of the government, the problem was they knew. The government couldn't ignore the demigods, they wanted to weaponize them. The told the parents they were going to help them, some parents were more than willing to give up the tiresome children, some had to be persuaded. Some knew better, could hide better.
Problem is it's not only the government looking for these weapons. Taking them from their homes, sometimes using the satyrs to track them. The masses knew nothing about what was happening of course, just some more kids disappearing, it happens everyday. Amber alerts, parents on the internet begging people on Facebook to help them find their children. Begging people to share links, to be on the look out. The Black Market had places for these kids, like there was a place and a price for everything.
More pressure was put on those who venture out to find these kids, to go in groups, to stay safe themselves. After kids get out of camp they didn't want to leave, didn't want to have to face monsters, and humans by themselves. Soon the construction of New Larissa began. Kids of all kinds banding together, it was like the Second Titan War over again, protecting eachother working as a team instead of bickering between cabins.
It took a lot of hard work, and a lot of material and time, but eventually a city was build. Strong enough to withstand the families they housed. Here they could live in peace and grow as normal children, learning and finding friends. Here they knew how to deal with the ADHD demigods, and soon another generation of kids began to come up. Now, ten years after the city was finished it still stands. Fire, wind, and storm haven't brought it down, despite the little temper tantrums demigods could have.
On the main street there is a bustling open market, full of fresh fruit no matter the season and light fingered pick pockets. It's grown a bit, but the Athena and Hephaestus children have done a good job planning in population growth. Farms and groves of trees are settled between the city and camp, something to buffer the loud noises that come from teenage gatherings.
Outside monsters have been gaining more strength, and seem to spawn more quickly. Once or twice they have broken the borders and attacked various points of camp, no specific weak point has been found yet. What could be happening? The government searches for the camp, as do the dealers on the Black Market. Pressure has even the gods sweating, if you look closely you might be able to see them visiting camp.
